Before you begin

These instructions describe FECForge 1.32.35. If a control is missing, check your role and installed version before continuing.

  1. Prepare your account and source information

Open Employee Discipline from the launcher as an authorized manager or owner. Have the venue’s approved offense, point, and expiration policy ready.

2

Set up the policy

  1. Review the shared employee directory

Add, archive, sort, or filter employee records from the shared directory linked inside the module.

  2. Open Settings → Offense types

Managers define each offense name and point value to match the venue’s written policy. Expect these choices when creating an entry.

  3. Open Settings → Rolling window

Set the period during which points remain active. Review how this affects existing events before changing it.

  4. Open Settings → Watchlist thresholds

Set the watch, warning, and critical bands managers need to monitor. These are configured alerts, not automatic employment decisions.

3

Record and review an event

  1. Open Entries

Add an entry for the employee and offense. Confirm the event date and facts before saving; do not enter the same incident twice.

  2. Check the employee timeline

Open the employee detail to review the events contributing to the current point total.

  3. Work from the watchlist

The watchlist concentrates on employees nearing configured cutoffs instead of repeating every employee in the directory.

4

Check the result and keep your data safe

  1. Open the employee’s timeline after saving.

The event date, offense, and active point total should match the configured policy. The watchlist should reflect the chosen thresholds.

  2. If the result is not what you expected

If a total looks wrong, check event dates and expiration rules before changing the policy. Keep personnel records private and follow your venue’s correction and retention process.
